Large Item Delivery

We define large items as those products / consignments that are bulky and/or heavy and will be delivered by lorry (e.g. Fridges, ovens). We are pleased to say that many of our larger items are now delivered Next Day even though our web pages may estimate several days delivery. Our main couriers are XPO Logistics

On receiving a large item order, we will contact you to enquire of any delivery restrictions for large vehicles (limited access, weight, obstructions etc.) and discuss any special instructions. The order will then be processed, and relevant information passed to the courier.

Please be aware of our new delivery procedures:

• XPO will attempt to call you, the customer, to advise of the next day / agreed day of delivery, however, note, if they are unable to get through, the consignment will continue to be shipped. Customers should be present to receive their delivery between the hours of 8am – 5pm the following working day.
• Please see below for the delivery lead time information.
• Remote and offshore locations are subject to additional costs and may not be subject to next working day delivery. If you are in a remote area (Blue or Red on map) please contact us before ordering to enquire if there are additional delivery costs.
• PLEASE NOTE If a delivery cannot be made when the lorry arrives, the re-delivery charge will be £82 + VAT
• If Delivery is refused or returned, the re-stock fee is now £85 + VAT.
